I have an active and busy bankruptcy practice. I handle Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies, and also represent various parties in bankruptcy adversary proceedings.

I also handle appeals in federal and state courts both in cases in which I have represented a party or in cases in which I have been brought in specifically for my appellate proficiency.

For five years, I was a litigation associate at The Lawrey Law Firm. I specialized in insurance class action litigation, and brought lawsuits against many insurance companies, including Allstate, American Family, American Standard, Farmers,

Guideone, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, Shelter, and State Farm. I successfully brought cases through trial, appeal and/or settlement.

I have litigated consumer class action lawsuits in Texas, California, Colorado and Arizona, including cases against the City and County of Denver, the Colorado Lottery, the Arizona Lottery, the California Lottery, Hyundai Motor America, Mail Boxes, Etc., Postal Annex+, Inc., Rexall Sundown, Inc., U-Haul International, Inc., and United Parcel Service.

I have extensive experience in the appellate briefing of issues pertaining to insurance bad faith, unfair business practices, consumer protection, false advertising, and governmental immunity.
